SHOWINGS & TOURS

Showings and tours are by appointment only.  This is a working retreat center and advanced notice is required.

If a Buyer Agent is representing, Agent must be present with Buyers for all on-site visits.

Showings and tours are only available to Buyers with verified lender approval and/or

proof of funds.

APPRAISAL

Eagle Summit Ranch was appraised in November 2024 at a value of $3,600,000.

Copy of appraisal is available for review upon Letter of Intent or Acceptable Offer.

TITLE COMPANY

Title Company to be selected by Seller at Sellers discretion.

PROPERTY TAXES

Eagles Summit Ranch is owned by Roever Evangelistic Association, a Texas based Non Profit 501c(3) Organization.  Property taxes are not applicable to Sellers.

 

Buyers should conduct their due diligence to discover estimated tax impact for new ownership.

OFFER SUBMISSION

Buyers may submit an Offer or Letter of Intent with the following documentation:

1) Buyer Signed Offer to Purchase  or Signed Letter of Intent 

2) Proof of Funds from Financial Institution​

SELLER REPRESENTATION

Seller is not represented by a licensed agent.

"For Sale By Owner".

A Texas real estate attorney will oversee the transaction.

AGENT COMPENSATION

Buyer Agent compensation will be considered to licensed Realtors who identify themselves prior to any showings or tours.
