The Colorado and Georgia bunkhouses each offer a spacious 500 square feet, thoughtfully designed with a single open bunkroom that fosters a communal atmosphere. Every bunkhouse has modern amenities, including window unit air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer months. The interiors feature stylish luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, durable plywood wall finishes, and warm wood ceilings, creating a cozy and rustic ambiance. Adjacent to the bunkhouses is a well-appointed bathhouse that boasts 731 square feet of functional space. Constructed from sturdy concrete blocks, this facility is designed for durability and ease of maintenance.

Two separate bathrooms, each equipped with two toilet stalls and two showers, provide ample guest facilities. Additionally, the bathhouse features a convenient laundry room, allowing for easy care of personal belongings during more extended stays. Together, these facilities provide an accommodating and comfortable environment for all visitors.
